Training
Learn to do strategy with agents, on your own strategy.
One method in four sizes, from a free hour online to two days that leave a live strategy behind. For strategy teams and leadership teams, and for consultancies and agencies that want the capability in-house. Taught by doing: the agents are in the room from the first minute, and so is your case.
The open hour is free and online, Thursday 12 November, 15:00 to 16:00 Helsinki time. Taught by Ville Tikka, who trained the strategy team at KONE and built Noostrategy's method.
Four sizes, one method.

The open hour
The strategy teams that keep their agency are the ones that learn to play with agents. A briefing on what changes in strategy work when agents are in the loop, then one real case. Register here.
-
The leadership briefing
Before we arrive, the agents have read everything public about you. In the room you place your own strategy on the map, open or closed, different or indifferent, and watch the agents run on your case for real. It ends with the question the hour can't ask: what is your leap, and what would it take to keep it live. You leave with a diagnosis in your own words, a vocabulary your team will keep using, and a decision. The fee counts toward the module if you book within a month. Ask for a date.

The team module
The agents read your material the night before. Morning: the map and the frame, where the team corrects what the agents found and leaps to the problem worth solving. Midday: the ensemble and the theory, built on your files and written so it can be wrong. Afternoon: one shift, its first bets and the first experiment out, played on the canvas with the agents proposing and you making the calls. Last hour: the rhythm from tomorrow, who plays, when, and what the record is. You leave with a practice you can run without us, and one piece of your strategy already live. Book a conversation.
-
The strategy studio
The module's day, and then the day the strategy itself comes out: the future and the transition mapped, the theory of success, the shifts, the bets. You leave with a live strategy on a site of its own, played by your team and the agents. For consultancies and agencies, the studio is the route to running the method yourselves. Book a conversation.
Priced per team, not per seat, and you hear the number in the first conversation. The first three modules booked by 31 January 2027 go at a founding price. In return we write the case together and publish it with your approval, anonymised if you prefer.
Why now.
Thinking isn't the scarce thing any more. The models will happily write your strategy, and your competitor's, the same one. The teams that keep their difference are the ones that learn to play with agents rather than hand the deciding to them: a strategy of their own, tested by bets, revised every time the world answers. That is a way of working, and it can be learned in a day. The hard part is unlearning the deck.
Before you ask.
Which tools? Ours, for the day. The ensemble and the canvas come with us, and nothing needs installing. For what comes after, the models you already have: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini all run the method, or Noostrategy hosts the strategy on a site of its own. We'll tell you which is the faster ensemble before you choose.
Our material? Your strategy, read by the agents the night before, in a vault of its own, open only to your team and the agents working for it, and never used to train a model. An NDA before we read anything is fine, and usual.
A whole day? The hour is an hour and the briefing is two. The module is a day because a practice can't be told, it has to be done once, on your own case, with your own people in the room. Half a day gives you the frame and no habit.
We already use AI. Most strategy teams do, for the research and the writing. The module is about the interplay: how a team works with agents in different phases, keeps a theory of its own while the agents propose, how a bet gets placed and called, and how the strategy gets revised when the world answers. That is the part no model does for you.
We already have a strategy. Good, bring it. The day works on your strategy, not ours. If it is a live one, you leave with it moving faster. If it is a deck, you will know by lunch.
Is the open hour a webinar? In form, yes: online, an hour, a link in your confirmation. In content it is the argument in twenty minutes, the thing itself shown once on a real case, and your questions for the rest.
For consultancies and agencies.
The module and the studio are built to be taken in-house. A consultancy sends a partner and the team that will run it, works on a client case of its own or on one of ours with the names changed, and leaves with the method and the material to run it on the next client. After the studio you run it yourselves, with our ensemble or your own. What comes after that, a licence or a partnership, is a conversation we're glad to have.
Who teaches.
Ville Tikka has done strategy for fifteen years, in his own practice and as a partner in consultancies. He has trained strategy teams, including the team at KONE, teaches strategic design at LAB, hosts the AI in Strategy evenings in Helsinki, and built Noostrategy's agentic strategy method. In the room it is Ville, the agents and your team.
Bring your strategy. We bring the agents.
The first conversation is free and takes half an hour: what you are facing, which size fits, and the number. Or start with the open hour on 12 November and decide after.
