Live strategies, not dead plans.

Noostrategy is an agentic strategy practice. Your people, strategists and AI agents make your strategy together, and keep it live as the organization's thinking layer, one that guides the work and learns from it. Everyone knows what to do next.

For organizations ready to move beyond their plan: a new business to build, a brand that needs an upgrade, a market that has moved.

  • Growth strategy

Which business you will be in, and how you get there from the one you have.

  • Innovation strategy

What your products and services become, and the new ones worth betting on.

  • Brand strategy

Who you become to your customers, and the meaning no one else can make.

  • Transformation strategy

What you must learn to do, and how the organization has to change to support it.

A sharper strategy to begin with.

Your team sees further than it ever has, and moves faster than it ever could. You walk into every strategy session with the ground covered: the agents have read your market and your own material, and laid the options on the table. An experienced strategist sits beside you. Today, the founder. What comes out is a strategy no consultant, no machine and no team could have made alone.

A strategy that is yours alone: how you will succeed, built on how value is made in your world, with bets your team can act on and a transition your organization actually makes.

Why we call it Noostrategy

And one that keeps working after the workshop.

The choices are made and the strategy is live. Your whole team or organization can use it. Before a decision, anyone can ask it for guidance and it answers back. We build it into your agents too, so they act on it in every chat turn. Every few weeks your team can review the results and see the progress.

A strategy that knows when your market moves, learns from what came back and guides the work everyone does.

The map of a strategy on the canvas: the problem and the findings on the left, the shifts with their bets and experiments in the middle, the future and the theories of success on the right

Three instruments.

Live Strategy is the method: your theory of success, and the bets that test it.

The Strategy Ensemble plays it: your team and a strategist beside the agents.

The Strategy Canvas is where it's played: one surface your people and the agents both write on.

The thinking behind them

Written in three leaps.

The strategy is made in a few sessions with your core team, a strategist and the agents, weeks apart. Before each session the agents map the ground: they read your market and your own material and bring what they find to the table as findings and options. In the session your team makes the leap no agent can make for you: the problem worth solving, the theory of how you win, the bets that get you there.

Map, leap, map, leap, map, leap. The agents do the mapping. The humans do the jumping.

  1. Map the present

Made to last fifty years, sold once, through retailers.

  2. Frame the problem

    The owners we never meet.

  3. Map the future

    Furniture that stays in use.

  4. Choose the theory

Kaarna earns over the life of each piece.

  5. Map the transition

Repair, rental, resale, the retailers' terms.

  6. Place the bets

Six bets, from paid repairs to take-back through the best stores.

An ordinary workday with a live strategy.

When the strategy is live, anyone can ask it a question. The answer rests on the choices the team made, and the big calls go back to the team. Try one below, or ask your own.

A big retailer wants an exclusive collection with us. Do we say yes?

Kaarna's strategy

Not on the old terms. Our theory is that Kaarna earns over the life of each piece, and for that we need to know the owners. Nine in ten pieces are sold through retailers today, and we know almost none of their owners. It could fit if the collection comes with repair and take-back through their stores, as the new terms with our three best retailers do. That is a call for the leadership team, so it is on the agenda for the next session.

The same strategy, live. Ask your own question.

Three steps from here.

  1. Start with a conversation.

Tell us what you are facing and where you want to be. Together we will see whether a live strategy is the right way to get there. The first conversation is free. Or begin on your own with the free Strategy Roast.

  2. Make it together.

Prove it with a pilot: one question your current plan can't answer, worked through with your core team, a strategist and the agents. A few four-hour sessions, weeks apart, the agents reading between them, and something your board can read at the end. Or go for the whole strategy.

  3. Play it live.

The strategy runs on a private site of its own. We meet at the tempo that suits you, the agents keep reading between the meetings, and when you're ready, your team runs it.

Each step is agreed on its own, scoped and quoted. Your files stay yours from day one, your material never trains a model, and it all fits beside the planning cycle you already have. The full path, in five steps. Or learn to do it yourselves: training for strategy teams, from a free hour online on 12 November to two days on your own strategy.

Case

417 plays its strategy every fortnight.

417 runs Post Bar, the club Helsinki's scene treats as home, and Solstice, three days of music, art and nature at Ruka with most of its 3,000 visitors from outside Finland. Over a summer its founders made a strategy with a strategist and a group of agents, in four-hour sessions weeks apart, the way they run a night: three parties playing back to back in the booth.

The theory, in a line: build the Solstice world. Now it is live: every second week the crew reviews what the experiments found and writes it back, and in between anyone can ask it.
